3. Datos que recopilamos

3.1 Información que proporcionas

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Waitlist/Beta signup: Email address, plus the page language, the form you used and the time of signup (see 3.5)
Contact form: Name, email address, subject, and message content
Discord: If you join our Discord server, Discord handles your data according to their privacy policy

3.2 Información recopilada automáticamente

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs
Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
IP address: Processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. It is not stored by our analytics (see 3.4).

3.4 Analítica web (PostHog, sin cookies)

Medimos las visitas a este sitio con PostHog en modo sin cookies. No se guarda ni se lee nada en tu dispositivo: ni cookies, ni localStorage, ni sessionStorage. Un identificador aleatorio solo existe en la memoria del navegador mientras la página está abierta, así que no podemos reconocerte en una visita posterior. Registramos páginas vistas, clics en enlaces y botones (por ejemplo, el botón de la lista de espera) y datos técnicos básicos (navegador, sistema operativo, tipo de dispositivo, página de procedencia). No hay grabación de sesiones ni mapas de calor. PostHog descarta tu dirección IP al recibir los datos, que se almacenan en la nube europea de PostHog en Fráncfort (Alemania). La base jurídica es nuestro interés legítimo en entender y mejorar este sitio (art. 6.1.f del RGPD). Como no se guarda ni se lee nada en tu dispositivo, no hace falta consentimiento (art. 5.3 de la Directiva ePrivacy). What is recorded: page views, clicks on links and buttons (e.g. the waitlist button), browser, operating system, device type and referring page
What is not used: no cookies, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no session recording, no heatmaps, no cross-site tracking, no advertising
IP address: discarded by PostHog on receipt and not stored
Identifier: a random ID held only in memory for the current page load; a new one is created on each visit, so visits cannot be linked
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required because nothing is stored on or read from your device (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive, § 165(3) TKG 2021)

3.5 Lista de espera (correo electrónico)

Si te apuntas a la lista de espera, guardamos tu dirección de correo, el idioma de la página, el formulario que usaste, la fecha de alta y que aceptaste recibir correos sobre Staged. Solo lo usamos para avisarte de el lanzamiento: nunca lo vendemos ni lo usamos para publicidad. Los datos se guardan en una base de datos Cloudflare D1 (ubicación principal: Europa occidental); Cloudflare actúa como encargado del tratamiento. Tu dirección de correo no se escribe en los registros del servidor. Base jurídica: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD). Puedes retirarlo en cualquier momento escribiéndonos y borraremos tu registro. También borramos la lista cuando ya no sea necesaria para anunciar la beta y el lanzamiento.

What is stored: email address, page language, signup form (e.g. download page), campaign tags from the page URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), time of signup, your consent and its version, the status of your entry, and a hash of the confirmation and unsubscribe links (not the links themselves)
Where: Cloudflare D1 database (primary location Western Europe), Cloudflare acting as our processor. Email addresses are not written to logs
Abuse protection: to limit repeated signups we briefly store a salted hash of your IP address (the salt changes daily); these entries are deleted after one hour
Purpose: one confirmation email, then emails about the Staged launch only. No advertising, no sale, no sharing with third parties for advertising
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@staged.gg
Retention: until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the list is no longer needed for beta and launch announcements

Analytics data: Stored without cookies, device identifiers or IP addresses and used only in aggregated form; kept for as long as needed for these statistics
