Contact form: Name, email address, subject, and message content
Discord: If you join our Discord server, Discord handles your data according to their privacy policy

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs
Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
IP address: Processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. It is not stored by our analytics (see 3.4).

3.4 웹사이트 분석 (PostHog, 쿠키 미사용)

당사는 쿠키를 사용하지 않는 모드의 PostHog로 본 웹사이트 방문을 측정합니다. 사용자의 기기에는 아무것도 저장하거나 읽지 않습니다(쿠키, localStorage, sessionStorage 모두 사용하지 않음). 무작위 ID는 페이지가 열려 있는 동안 브라우저 메모리에만 존재하므로, 이후 방문 시 사용자를 식별할 수 없습니다. 페이지 조회, 링크 및 버튼 클릭(예: 대기자 명단 버튼), 기본 기술 정보(브라우저, 운영체제, 기기 유형, 유입 페이지)를 기록합니다. 세션 녹화와 히트맵은 사용하지 않습니다. PostHog는 데이터를 수신할 때 IP 주소를 폐기하며, 데이터는 독일 프랑크푸르트에 있는 PostHog EU 클라우드에 저장됩니다. 법적 근거는 웹사이트를 이해하고 개선하려는 당사의 정당한 이익(GDPR 제6조 제1항 (f))입니다. 기기에 아무것도 저장하거나 읽지 않으므로 동의가 필요하지 않습니다(ePrivacy 지침 제5조 제3항). 언제든지 이메일로 이의를 제기하거나 일반적인 콘텐츠 차단기로 측정을 차단할 수 있습니다.

Provider: PostHog (EU Cloud, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany), acting as our processor
What is recorded: page views, clicks on links and buttons (e.g. the waitlist button), browser, operating system, device type and referring page
What is not used: no cookies, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no session recording, no heatmaps, no cross-site tracking, no advertising
IP address: discarded by PostHog on receipt and not stored
Identifier: a random ID held only in memory for the current page load; a new one is created on each visit, so visits cannot be linked
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required because nothing is stored on or read from your device (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive, § 165(3) TKG 2021)
Your choice: object at any time by emailing hello@staged.gg, or block it with a content blocker

3.5 대기자 명단(이메일)

대기자 명단에 등록하면 이메일 주소, 페이지 언어, 사용한 양식, 등록 시각, Staged 관련 이메일 수신에 동의했다는 사실을 저장해요. 이 정보는 출시 소식을 알려 드리는 데만 사용하며, 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않아요. 데이터는 Cloudflare D1 데이터베이스(기본 위치: 서유럽)에 저장되며, Cloudflare가 수탁자로서 처리해요. 이메일 주소는 서버 로그에 기록되지 않아요. 법적 근거는 귀하의 동의(GDPR 제6조 제1항 (a))예요. 이메일로 언제든지 동의를 철회할 수 있으며, 그러면 등록 정보를 삭제해요. 베타와 출시 안내에 더 이상 필요하지 않게 되면 명단 자체도 삭제해요.

What is stored: email address, page language, signup form (e.g. download page), campaign tags from the page URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), time of signup, your consent and its version, the status of your entry, and a hash of the confirmation and unsubscribe links (not the links themselves)
Where: Cloudflare D1 database (primary location Western Europe), Cloudflare acting as our processor. Email addresses are not written to logs
Abuse protection: to limit repeated signups we briefly store a salted hash of your IP address (the salt changes daily); these entries are deleted after one hour
Purpose: one confirmation email, then emails about the Staged launch only. No advertising, no sale, no sharing with third parties for advertising
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@staged.gg
Retention: until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the list is no longer needed for beta and launch announcements
