Discord: If you join our Discord server, Discord handles your data according to their privacy policy

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs
Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
IP address: Processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. It is not stored by our analytics (see 3.4).

3.4 Analityka strony (PostHog, bez cookies)

Odwiedziny tej strony mierzymy za pomocą PostHog w trybie bez cookies. Nic nie jest zapisywane na twoim urządzeniu ani z niego odczytywane: żadnych cookies, localStorage ani sessionStorage. Losowy identyfikator istnieje tylko w pamięci przeglądarki, dopóki strona jest otwarta, więc nie rozpoznamy cię przy kolejnej wizycie. Rejestrujemy wyświetlenia stron, kliknięcia w linki i przyciski (np. przycisk Steam) oraz podstawowe dane techniczne (przeglądarka, system operacyjny, typ urządzenia, strona odsyłająca). Nie nagrywamy sesji i nie tworzymy map cieplnych. PostHog odrzuca twój adres IP przy odbiorze danych, a dane są przechowywane w chmurze PostHog w UE, we Frankfurcie (Niemcy). Podstawą prawną jest nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes w zrozumieniu i ulepszaniu tej strony (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). Ponieważ nic nie jest zapisywane na twoim urządzeniu ani z niego odczytywane, zgoda nie jest wymagana (art. 5 ust. 3 dyrektywy ePrivacy, § 165 ust. 3 austriackiej ustawy TKG 2021). W każdej chwili możesz wnieść sprzeciw, pisząc do nas e-mail, albo zablokować analitykę dowolnym popularnym blokerem treści.

What is not used: no cookies, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no session recording, no heatmaps, no cross-site tracking, no advertising
IP address: discarded by PostHog on receipt and not stored
Identifier: a random ID held only in memory for the current page load; a new one is created on each visit, so visits cannot be linked
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required because nothing is stored on or read from your device (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive, § 165(3) TKG 2021)
Your choice: object at any time by emailing hello@staged.gg, or block it with a content blocker

3.5 Lista oczekujących (e-mail)

Jeśli zapiszesz się na listę oczekujących, zapisujemy twój adres e-mail, język strony, formularz, z którego skorzystałeś, czas zapisu oraz to, że zgodziłeś się na e-maile o Staged. Używamy tych danych wyłącznie po to, żeby poinformować cię o becie i premierze na Steamie. Nigdy ich nie sprzedajemy i nie wykorzystujemy do reklam. Dane są przechowywane w bazie Cloudflare D1 (główna lokalizacja: Europa Zachodnia); Cloudflare jest naszym podmiotem przetwarzającym. Twój adres e-mail nie trafia do logów serwera. Podstawa prawna: twoja zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO). Możesz ją w każdej chwili wycofać, pisząc do nas e-mail – wtedy usuniemy twój wpis. Listę usuwamy też, gdy nie będzie już potrzebna do ogłoszeń o becie i premierze.

What is stored: email address, page language, signup form (e.g. download page), time of signup, your consent and its version, and the status of your entry
Where: Cloudflare D1 database (primary location Western Europe), Cloudflare acting as our processor. Email addresses are not written to logs
Abuse protection: to limit repeated signups we briefly store a salted hash of your IP address (the salt changes daily); these entries are deleted after one hour
Purpose: emails about the Staged beta and the launch on Steam only. No advertising, no sale, no sharing with third parties
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@staged.gg
Retention: until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the list is no longer needed for beta and launch announcements
