Discord: If you join our Discord server, Discord handles your data according to their privacy policy

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs
Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
IP address: Processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. It is not stored by our analytics (see 3.4).

Medimos as visitas a este site com o PostHog no modo sem cookies. Nada é armazenado ou lido no seu dispositivo: sem cookies, sem localStorage, sem sessionStorage. Um ID aleatório existe apenas na memória do navegador enquanto a página está aberta, então não conseguimos reconhecer você em uma visita futura. What is recorded: page views, clicks on links and buttons (e.g. the waitlist button), browser, operating system, device type and referring page
What is not used: no cookies, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no session recording, no heatmaps, no cross-site tracking, no advertising
IP address: discarded by PostHog on receipt and not stored
Identifier: a random ID held only in memory for the current page load; a new one is created on each visit, so visits cannot be linked
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required because nothing is stored on or read from your device (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive, § 165(3) TKG 2021)

3.5 Lista de espera (e-mail)

Se você entrar na lista de espera, guardamos seu e-mail, o idioma da página, o formulário usado, a data do cadastro e o fato de você ter aceitado receber e-mails sobre o Staged. Usamos isso só para avisar sobre o lançamento: nunca vendemos e nunca usamos para publicidade. Os dados ficam em um banco de dados Cloudflare D1 (local principal: Europa Ocidental); a Cloudflare atua como nossa operadora. Seu e-mail não é gravado nos logs do servidor. Base legal: seu consentimento (art. 6(1)(a) do GDPR; art. 7, I da LGPD). Você pode revogá-lo a qualquer momento por e-mail, e nós apagamos seu cadastro. Também apagamos a lista quando ela não for mais necessária para os anúncios do beta e do lançamento.

What is stored: email address, page language, signup form (e.g. download page), campaign tags from the page URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), time of signup, your consent and its version, the status of your entry, and a hash of the confirmation and unsubscribe links (not the links themselves)
Where: Cloudflare D1 database (primary location Western Europe), Cloudflare acting as our processor. Email addresses are not written to logs
Abuse protection: to limit repeated signups we briefly store a salted hash of your IP address (the salt changes daily); these entries are deleted after one hour
Purpose: one confirmation email, then emails about the Staged launch only. No advertising, no sale, no sharing with third parties for advertising
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@staged.gg
Retention: until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the list is no longer needed for beta and launch announcements
