Waitlist/Beta signup: Email address, plus the page language, the form you used and the time of signup (see 3.5)
Contact form: Name, email address, subject, and message content
Discord: If you join our Discord server, Discord handles your data according to their privacy policy

3.2 Informations collectées automatiquement

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs
Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
IP address: Processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. It is not stored by our analytics (see 3.4).

3.4 Mesure d’audience (PostHog, sans cookies)

Nous mesurons la fréquentation de ce site avec PostHog en mode sans cookies. Rien n’est enregistré ni lu sur votre appareil : pas de cookies, pas de localStorage, pas de sessionStorage. Un identifiant aléatoire n’existe que dans la mémoire de votre navigateur tant qu’une page est ouverte ; nous ne pouvons donc pas vous reconnaître lors d’une visite ultérieure. Nous enregistrons les pages vues, les clics sur les liens et les boutons (par exemple le bouton de la liste d’attente) et des données techniques de base (navigateur, système d’exploitation, type d’appareil, page de provenance). Il n’y a ni enregistrement de session ni cartes de chaleur. PostHog supprime votre adresse IP dès réception des données, qui sont stockées dans le cloud européen de PostHog à Francfort (Allemagne). La base légale est notre intérêt légitime à comprendre et améliorer ce site (art. 6, par. 1, point f du RGPD). Comme rien n’est enregistré ni lu sur votre appareil, aucun consentement n’est nécessaire (art. 5, par. 3 de la directive ePrivacy). Vous pouvez vous y opposer à tout moment par e-mail, ou la bloquer avec un bloqueur de contenu courant.

What is recorded: page views, clicks on links and buttons (e.g. the waitlist button), browser, operating system, device type and referring page
What is not used: no cookies, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no session recording, no heatmaps, no cross-site tracking, no advertising
IP address: discarded by PostHog on receipt and not stored
Identifier: a random ID held only in memory for the current page load; a new one is created on each visit, so visits cannot be linked
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required because nothing is stored on or read from your device (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive, § 165(3) TKG 2021)

3.5 Liste d’attente (e-mail)

Si tu t’inscris sur la liste d’attente, nous enregistrons ton adresse e-mail, la langue de la page, le formulaire utilisé, la date d’inscription et le fait que tu as accepté de recevoir des e-mails au sujet de Staged. Nous l’utilisons uniquement pour te prévenir du lancement : jamais de revente, jamais de publicité. Les données sont stockées dans une base Cloudflare D1 (emplacement principal : Europe de l’Ouest) ; Cloudflare agit en tant que sous-traitant. Ton adresse e-mail n’est pas écrite dans les journaux du serveur. Base légale : ton consentement (art. 6, par. 1, point a) du RGPD). Tu peux le retirer à tout moment en nous écrivant, et nous supprimerons ton inscription. Nous supprimons aussi la liste dès qu’elle n’est plus nécessaire pour annoncer la bêta et le lancement.

What is stored: email address, page language, signup form (e.g. download page), campaign tags from the page URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), time of signup, your consent and its version, the status of your entry, and a hash of the confirmation and unsubscribe links (not the links themselves)
Where: Cloudflare D1 database (primary location Western Europe), Cloudflare acting as our processor. Email addresses are not written to logs
Abuse protection: to limit repeated signups we briefly store a salted hash of your IP address (the salt changes daily); these entries are deleted after one hour
Purpose: one confirmation email, then emails about the Staged launch only. No advertising, no sale, no sharing with third parties for advertising
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@staged.gg
Retention: until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the list is no longer needed for beta and launch announcements

Beta access: To notify you when beta access is available
Communication: To respond to your inquiries and support requests

Waitlist emails: Until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the list is no longer needed for beta and launch announcements

Analytics data: Stored without cookies, device identifiers or IP addresses and used only in aggregated form; kept for as long as needed for these statistics

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
