3. 収集するデータ

3.1 お客様が提供する情報

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Waitlist/Beta signup: Email address, plus the page language, the form you used and the time of signup (see 3.5)
Contact form: Name, email address, subject, and message content
Discord: If you join our Discord server, Discord handles your data according to their privacy policy

3.2 自動的に収集される情報

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs
Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
IP address: Processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. It is not stored by our analytics (see 3.4).

3.4 ウェブサイト解析（PostHog・Cookie 不使用）

本サイトのアクセス解析には、Cookie を使用しないモードの PostHog を利用しています。お使いの端末には何も保存せず、読み取りもしません（Cookie、localStorage、sessionStorage のいずれも使用しません）。ランダムな ID はページを開いている間だけブラウザのメモリ上に存在するため、次回以降の訪問であなたを識別することはできません。記録するのはページビュー、リンクやボタン（例：ウェイトリストのボタン）のクリック、基本的な技術情報（ブラウザ、OS、端末の種類、参照元ページ）です。セッション録画やヒートマップは行いません。PostHog はデータ受信時に IP アドレスを破棄し、データはドイツ・フランクフルトにある PostHog の EU クラウドに保存されます。法的根拠は、本サイトを理解し改善するという当社の正当な利益（GDPR 第6条1項(f)）です。端末に何も保存・読み取りしないため、同意は不要です（ePrivacy 指令第5条3項）。メールでいつでも異議を申し立てることができ、一般的なコンテンツブロッカーで計測を止めることもできます。

What is recorded: page views, clicks on links and buttons (e.g. the waitlist button), browser, operating system, device type and referring page
What is not used: no cookies, no localStorage or sessionStorage, no session recording, no heatmaps, no cross-site tracking, no advertising
IP address: discarded by PostHog on receipt and not stored
Identifier: a random ID held only in memory for the current page load; a new one is created on each visit, so visits cannot be linked
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required because nothing is stored on or read from your device (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive, § 165(3) TKG 2021)

3.5 ウェイトリスト（メール）

ウェイトリストに登録すると、メールアドレス、ページの言語、利用したフォーム、登録日時、Staged に関するメールの受信に同意したことを保存します。これらはリリースをお知らせするためだけに使用し、販売や広告には一切使用しません。データは Cloudflare D1 データベース（主な保存場所：西ヨーロッパ）に保存され、Cloudflare は当社の委託先として処理を行います。メールアドレスがサーバーログに記録されることはありません。法的根拠はお客様の同意（GDPR 第6条1項(a)）です。同意はメールでいつでも撤回でき、その場合は登録を削除します。また、ベータ版とリリースのお知らせに不要になった時点でリストを削除します。

What is stored: email address, page language, signup form (e.g. download page), campaign tags from the page URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), time of signup, your consent and its version, the status of your entry, and a hash of the confirmation and unsubscribe links (not the links themselves)
Where: Cloudflare D1 database (primary location Western Europe), Cloudflare acting as our processor. Email addresses are not written to logs
Abuse protection: to limit repeated signups we briefly store a salted hash of your IP address (the salt changes daily); these entries are deleted after one hour
Purpose: one confirmation email, then emails about the Staged launch only. No advertising, no sale, no sharing with third parties for advertising
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@staged.gg
Retention: until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the list is no longer needed for beta and launch announcements

4. データの利用方法

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Beta access: To notify you when beta access is available
Communication: To respond to your inquiries and support requests
Analytics: To understand how users interact with our website
Improvements: To improve our website, products, and services
Legal compliance: To comply with legal obligations

6. データの保持

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

Waitlist emails: Until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the list is no longer needed for beta and launch announcements
Contact form data: For up to 2 years after last communication
Analytics data: Stored without cookies, device identifiers or IP addresses and used only in aggregated form; kept for as long as needed for these statistics

8. Cookie

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and our analytics store nothing on your device (see 3.4). Only a language cookie (when you switch language) and a note that you closed the announcement bar may be stored. For details, please see our Cookie Policy.
