1. Staged Software License

Staged is commercial software distributed exclusively through Steam. Purchasing or installing Staged grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on devices you own or control, subject to our End User License Agreement.

Your License Includes

  • Personal Use: Install and use Staged on devices you own or control
  • Updates: Receive updates delivered through Steam
  • Streaming: Use Staged for personal gaming and streaming
  • Steam Account: Your license is tied to your Steam account
  • Restrictions: Redistribution, reverse engineering, and sublicensing are not permitted

  • EULA: Full terms are governed by our End User License Agreement

Limitations

  • No Warranty: The software is provided “as is” without warranty
  • No Liability: Authors are not liable for any damages

  • The Brand: The “Staged” name, logo, and branding elements are trademarked and may not be used without permission.

Permitted Uses

  • Referring to Staged in a descriptive manner (e.g., “Built with Staged”)
  • Using the name to link to our official website or Steam store page
  • Discussing or reviewing Staged in articles, videos, or publications

Prohibited Uses

  • Using the Staged logo or brand for your own products or services
  • Creating products or services that appear to be officially affiliated with Staged
  • Modifying the Staged logo or brand elements
  • Using Staged trademarks in a way that implies endorsement
