1. Try the free demo first

Before you buy, please try the free demo. It has all features and runs for 2 hours of Stage time. Only the time while a Stage is running counts, so you can test Staged with your own games, OBS setup and hardware at your own pace.

2. Full refund within 14 days

If Staged does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of your purchase. You do not have to give a reason, although a short note on what did not work helps us improve Staged.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email us at hello@staged.gg, or simply reply to the email that contained your licence key. Please send it from, or mention, the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order.

4. How the money gets back to you

Your purchase is processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record (reseller) for the sale. Refunds are therefore paid out by Stripe to the payment method you used. How long it takes until the amount shows up depends on your bank or card provider.

5. What happens to your licence key

A refunded licence key is revoked. Its licence id is added to a revocation list that ships with the next Staged release; from then on the key no longer activates Staged. Please stop using the key once you have been refunded.

6. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once the supply has started, provided you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. On the staged.gg/buy page we ask for exactly this consent before checkout, because your licence key is delivered right after payment.

The voluntary refund described in section 2 applies independently of this. Your statutory rights in case the software is defective are not affected.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute the payment with your bank or card provider (a chargeback), the licence key is revoked in the same way as for a refund. Please contact us first: within the refund window a refund is usually the faster way.
